Did you hear about Chastity Bono, the daughter of Sonny and Cher? She's getting a sex change operation. A family spokesman says Chastity "has made a courageous decision to honor his true identity." Courageous? I can think of better words -- confused, confounded, befuddled, immoral, clueless, empty, pathetic -- but courageous didn't pop into my mind. And she can change the plumbing, but she'll still really be a she.
