Did you know that illegal aliens pay in-state tuition at Texas colleges and universities? A U.S. citizen from Oklahoma or Louisiana or any of the other states must pay out-of-state tuition. But if you have no business being here or attending school here in the first place, instead of getting deported, you get a great big tuition break. Is there something kind of loopy about that?
