Add this dangerous criminal to the "Most Wanted" list!

 



Josh Welch is a second-grader in Baltimore. Like many other 7-year-old boys, Josh sometimes plays with his food. While eating his strawberry Pop Tart the other day, he nibbled off the edges until it was shaped like a gun. Josh was suspended for two days. Josh claims he was trying to make a mountain, but the teacher saw a gun (maybe the teacher is the one with a fixation on guns, and maybe she's the one who should be suspended). The parents of the other students were notified by letter that this dangerous criminal act had occurred.

Josh Welch now joins little Madison Guarna (Madison threatened her classmates with Hello Kitty soap bubbles) in the "armed and dangerous" category. If you encounter either of these maniacs, do not try to disarm them yourselves!
