Should I, or shouldn't I?

Obama is in a dilemma. He really wants to get rid of the "Don't ask, don't tell" policy, but he just doesn't want to take a stand. His spokesman said, "I don't think it's going to be -- it's not years, but I think it will be teed up appropriately." Just as soon as he can figure out how to get all the credit and none of the blame.
