L'Nae Hart of Grapevine thinks towing cars of the people who are uninsured is heartless and cruel. She misses the point that the people who can't afford insurance surely won't be able to afford compensating someone for property they destroy in an accident or for injuries they cause in an accident. I think L'Nae would change her mind if she were the victim of one of these "poor people who can't afford insurance."
