Michael Shaw pleaded guilty recently to fondling indecency for fondling an eight-year-old girl at the Great Wolf Lodge resort in Grapevine last year. He was given six years probation with deferred adjudication. That means if he successfully completes his probation, the offense will be wiped from his record.
A child molester is a child molester. They don't get cured. He should be in jail. Maybe we'll get a sane judge who will protect society when he molests the next child.
