The Obama administration would be doing fine if they could just get rid of that pesky 1st Amendment. Not that they're not trying. Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius sent a letter to an association of insurers which said that the administration would not stand idly by as insurers blamed their premium hikes on Obamacare.
So when the clients say, "Why did my premiums go up so drastically," the insurance company doesn't have that 1st Amendment protection when it tells the truth. We are surely living in a dictatorship!
