Well then, Senor Moutsatos-Morales, perhaps you'll get Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi out of jail and send him back home. He had no intention of crossing the border, so if those who purposely do it aren't committing a crime, then certainly he didn't.
The title of this post is just for you -- though I'm not sure I have the translation exactly right, I put it in Spanish for you. The way we say it here is, "What's good for the goose is good for the gander."
