One of the new taxes in Obamacare is a tax on tanning salon services. Now, let's think about this. Isn't that a discriminatory tax?
Who uses tanning salons? People who have white skin. So, essentially, this is a tax based on skin color. And that, my friends, is prohibited by the Constitution of the United States. Of course, Obama, Pelosi, Reid, Kagan, and their ilk don't really care what the Constitution says unless it happens to suit them.
