Wonder how bad you have to be to be sentenced to more than probation? Shirley Hughes and her daughter, Tammie Lewis, hired a man to kill her husband. The man turned them in. Hughes, received 5 years deferred adjudication probation, meaning she won't even have a criminal record if she manages to not get caught violating the terms of the probation.
Here's the kicker -- the stupid husband took her back and they are now living together.
