What's wrong with this mom?

You know how cold it got in northeast and north central Texas this past week. On Thursday, there was some ice from overnight precipitation, and the temperatures dipped to single digits with the windchill at sub-zero levels. A mother dropped her 5-year and 7-year-olds off at Cannon Elementary School in Grapevine that morning. I guess she didn't notice there were no cars on the parking lot and no other parents dropping their kids off. I guess she didn't watch to make sure her little ones got safely inside the building. Because about 15 minutes later, Tiffany Shawhart saw the stranded children outside the school with cold red faces. She explained to them that she was a nurse and wanted to help them, and they eagerly joined her in her warm car. The children couldn't tell her their mother's phone number or where she worked, so Tiffany called the police. The police say this is not a bad mom even though she may face child endangerment charges. I say that's debatable.
