Sarah Foxwell was 11 years old. She went missing from her Maryland home December 22. Her little body was found Christmas Day. She had been abducted and murdered by her aunt's former boyfriend, a registered sex offender. The conviction that compelled his registration was for an offense against a child. These people are never rehabilitated, and we see how much protection "registering" them provides. They should be locked up with no possibility of release.
