Sic 'em, Greg!

Texans and the rest of the nation should be singing the praises of Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott. He is joining with AG's from several other states to question the constitutionality of the Senate version of Obama care. At specific issue is whether it is right for certain states to be exempted from provisions of the bill just to insure their respective senators' votes for the monstrosity.

"If it (their actions) is upheld, then there really are no limitations in actions that Congress can take where literally they're taking taxpayer dollars from one state and giving it to another," said Abbott. I agree, but they've been doing that to individual taxpayers ever since FDR. We didn't say No loud enough to that, and look where we find ourselves now. Senator Nelson of Nebraska who got the payoff for his state attributed the outcry to "political opportunism and distortion." He should know!
